After nearly eighteen years of providing Information Technology services, CRM Solutions has ceased operations. There are a number of factors that led us to this decision.  The difficult economy of the last three to four years and a severe downturn in IT industry weakened the firm both financially and emotionally to the point where we found it impossible to continue.

Additionally, we believe that the software industry is changing in fundamental ways which affect the role of reseller firms such as ours, requiring significantly more capital that we could raise.  While today's enterprise systems grow increasingly more complex and the partnering requirements of publishers like Microsoft and Best Software squeeze needed cash flow,  there seemed to be less and less time to profitably serve  customers.

The market now encourages the formation of larger national and international service firms and we could not find a way to make the transition.
